I had a hard time figuring the site out, honestly. Some parts seemed like they could be useful, but the menus were confusing and I kept ending up clicking around in circles. Maybe someone who uses it more would get the hang of it, but for me it was more annoying than helpful

I really thought this was going to be one of those easy, no-drama things to wear, but wow, it was the complete opposite for me. The fit was just awful, and it kept shifting around so much that I felt like I was adjusting it every five seconds.

The part that sits on the ear somehow managed to be too tight in one spot and too loose in another, which made me feel like I was losing my mind. After wearing it for just a little while, my ear started getting irritated and I couldn’t stop noticing it.

Maybe it magically works for other people, but comfort-wise, it was a total disaster for me. I tried a few times because I really wanted to give it a fair shot, but I finally gave up because I was just done fighting with it.

In my experience, the delivery went really smoothly. My order arrived sooner than I expected, the tracking was easy to follow, and the package showed up in good condition. I personally didn’t run into any issues at all.

I picked up Vagustim mainly because my sleep had been all over the place. After using it for a few weeks, I do think I’m falling asleep a bit faster on some nights... and I’m not waking up as much as I used to.

It’s not some huge overnight change or anything, and there are definitely days where I barely notice a difference. I’m still using it though... for me it’s been more of a small helpful boost than something amazing

The charging takes forever, and then the battery drops way quicker than it should. I expected better, it’s frustrating to keep plugging it in all the time.

I got it working after messing around with it for a bit, so the setup wasn’t terrible. The app was kind of confusing though, and some of the instructions/support made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped

It worked fine when I first got it, so I was hopeful. But after using it for a few weeks, the build quality started to bug me. The plastic just feels really light and cheap, and the cable has already started getting loose, which is annoying because I’m not rough with my stuff at all. I still have headphones from years ago sitting in a drawer somewhere that are somehow in better shape, which is probably not relevant, but still. It does still turn on and technically works, but I don’t really trust it to hold up much longer. For the price, I expected something that felt a little more solid.

I wasn’t expecting much since I’ve had mixed luck with support teams before, but I figured I’d reach out anyway after running into a small issue. I spent a bit of time checking things on my end first, and once I finally messaged them, they actually got back to me really quickly. The person who replied was helpful too, so it ended up being a lot easier than I thought
